Hi guys, need an advice here.

My uncle is self employed in UK on TIER1 and is due to file his ILR soon but the no of days outside UK is around 250 days but he was on assignment to India thats the reason this duration exceeded and has contract papers with the company stating he was working for those terms.

Do you see any problem for his ILR in this case, do we need to show something more to cover this period ?

need more information on this to reply accurately. Was this 250 days at one go?

Nature of the trip, number of days out of the country at one go etc
