ILR pay calculation

Hi All,
I am due for ILR shortly set(o),
As I need to show the 12 months salary to get required points
Basically I get paid weekly and a week in arrears
i.e. Monday to Sunday week will be paid next Friday so which calculation date should I consider the paid date or working week
Eg: working week 12-11-2012 to 18-11-2012 and paid on 23-11-2012
Which date should be use to calculate the 52 weeks (12 months) period please advise.....
Also my HSMP (vignette) was dated from the 28-01-2008 to 25-01-2010 and SAR shows its granted from 25-01-2008 to 25-01-2010...Considering this should i apply for ILR on the 28-12-2012 or 31-12-2012...
