Hi All,

My husband is on Tier 1 General visa and will be applying for ILR in Jan 2013.
I am on my own Tier 1 General visa ( not a dependent of my husband ) .I would like to know if I can apply for ILR with my husband . (We both are living together for more than 3 years and we have all cohabitation documents.)

Please share your thoughts.

Cheers
CC

You can apply with your husband as a dependent on his ILR application via 5 year route, ONLY if you currently have dependent visa issued before 9th July 2012, and meet all other requirements as a dependent applicant.

As a T1G holder yourself, you can apply on your own rights as and when you meet all the requirements for ILR application via this route.
