Documents for Self Employed - for ILR

Hello,
I have PEO for ILR next week - 29.11.12.
I am self employed with Ltd company. Are the following dcouments sufficient for earning / employment purpose:
1. Payslip
2. 5 P60
3. DiV vouchers;
4. Accountants letter
5. Business and personal bank accounts statements
6. Certificate of incorporation
7. Invoices raised
8. Weekly remittance adive from job agent
9. Work contracts
10 P&L account and Balance Sheet, signed by accountant
Do I need?
1. Share certificates;
2. Public Liablity insurance- I dont; have this
