Hi All,
I have been looking for some help regarding the eligibility for ILR.
please find my details below.

VisaDetails:

1) I have my HSMP visa valid from April 7 2008 to April 7 2010.

Holiday Period:
June 5 2008 to Oct 13 2008 (131 days, I have taken laser treatment to my eyes in this period)

2) Tier 1 general visa valid from April 21 2010 to April 21 2013.

Holiday period:
Dec 22 2010 to Jan 3 2011 (13 days)
July 6 2012 to August 5 2012 (31 days)

From the above details, I have been out of country UK at a stretch 90 days and total holidays including Entry and Out days is 175.

I am planning to apply for ILR by last week of March 2013 if i am eligible.

I heard this is a site where we get a prompt response.
Please someone help me to clear my doubts regarding the eligibility for ILR.

Laser treatment is a matter of hours, not even a day. So were there any complications that prevented you from travelling back to UK?

There may be some changes to the policy with regards to "absences from UK" after 12-Dec-12 and the changes may include something relevant to the "no single absence of more than 90 days" condition, so wait and watch!

I have taken the treatment and advised to take some rest after the surgery.
But before that I have taken the tests whether am suitable or not for laser treatment.

I cannot see any clause related to "No single absence of more than 90 days" from todays post in the ukba website, but it says not more than 180 days. please update me if there is any information which might be useful after receiving the information.
