Hi everyone, I apologies if you have already clarified and answered such type of question. I am completing my 5years in Jan 2013. Find below my case facts:
-entry clearance 28/1/2008 ( 2years work permit)
-entry in UK 8/2/2008
-visa extension 9/12/09 ( for 3 years under Tier 2 Intra company transfer)
-Tier 1 - 17/11/2010 ( Applied within UK -2 years validity )
-Tier 1 extension 23/10/2012 ( for 3 years from 17/11/2012)
Please advise when can I apply for ILR.

Could someone please reply to my post
When can I apply for ILR at the earliest . Shall I count 28 days from the date of entry or date when initial visa was issued.
As per my understanding you can take the advantage of late entry up to 90 days if shortfall in 5 years is due to late entry. In my case I still have valid visa until Nov 2015.
Thanks

The difference is only 13? Days. Would be safe to count from date of entry. Hardly worth getting stressed about.

Could you confirm the above for my peace of mind.
Once again thanks for your help

You can apply upto 28 days before the 5th anniversary from date of entry. As you switched immigration categories the 90 day late entry concession will not apply to you.
