Tier 2 ICT (Long Term Staff) to ILR

I just wanted to find out as I'm on Tier 2 ICT, and have been granted to leave since Sept 2012 to Sep 2015 and then I'll have apply for more 2 yrs then I'll be eligible for ILR is that right ?

I'm here since may 2007 and came in to the UK as student then I finished study in 2010 and got PSW for 2 years. will any of these periods count as ILR or not ?

Please advice me here...

Yes, but only if you apply for settlement long residence as and when you become eligible (2017), provided the category is available then.

Also, read 245GF(d).
