Can someone please advice that whether I can apply for ILR now?

I was a WP dependent from mar2011 to jan2012 and then became tier2 dependent in Jan2012 till date.
my husband can apply for ILR in dec 2012 but I've not completed 2 years yet.
In case of WP dependent this 2 year period is not considered so we are confused that in which category I fall.

Can I also apply for ILR now in dec 2012 along with my husband or we both should wait until mar 2012?

You are a PBS dependant since Jan 2012, not a WP dependant. So, rules for PBS dependant apply.

Thanks i'll now consider my case as just tier2dependant but when is the earliest we can apply together/individually ? I came here on 3rd march 2011 and tier2 is valid until jan 2014.
If my husband gets ILR say in jan'13 then how much time UKBA allows me to apply for spouse visa ?

Please advice what's best for us. can my husband apply now and I use some grace period and qualify for 2 years and then apply straight for ILR?
