hello everyone..

i an in uk on a spouse visa and i am due to apply for ilr in january 2013
i just needed some help with the documents..
do i need 6 evidence letter of living together for each of us seperately means i have to have 12 evidence letter in between me and my wife.

I have the following documents ready
1.2 different telephone bills in my partner name
2.one joint bank account
3.my wife bank account
4.electricity bill in both of us name
5.tenancy agreement in both of us name
6.council tax bill in my name

Should be OK. Also ask a letter fom GP. This is also a good acceptable document.

That looks okay... However as said by arifahmmed you can get a letter form GP.

Moreover you can also try collating,

Driving Licenses - even if its provisional
Letter from Council - known as Certificate of Residence
Electoral Registrar
NHS cards (at the time you got registered with your GP)
Birth Certificate of child (if applicable)
