hi seniors

i m on HSMP judicial review+ 3 years TIER 1 general. i have posted my application for ILR last month and included my wife and two kids under 16 on the same SET O form. my dependents are in the UK just for 8 months. i included my dependants keeping in mind the dependants status will follow that of main applicat. but now i came to know that UKBA is not giving ILR to partner unless she has completed two years even with Judicail review cases. my questions are:
1)will UKBA give ILR to my wife as wel with just 8 months of stay?
2)if not, will UKBA ask me to apply FLR for her.
3)will UKBA process my and my kids bit of application.
4)the whole application will be considered invalid

please suggest your thoughts,,,thank you very much

From what I understand it (also here:http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378) if you're HSMP under JR your dependent is exempt from the 2 years qualifying period.
