Can I declare my spouse 10 years UK Visa Application Ban who is not living in UK with me under spent/unspent conviction when I am applying as only/main applicant for ILR in UK? UK Visa ban was a result of submission of false Tax Clearance Certificate which my spouse did not know as she was duped by Tax Office impersonator. We only knew this fraud when I travel home to check what has happened at Tax Office.

Where in the form are you required to declare anything about your spouse, as the 10 yr route does not allow for dependants and therefore no questions asked about anyone not applying together?
