Hi,

Need your advice on my case to find my eligibility for ILR

I came to UK on Work permit(June 2008 to June 2010) then my company extended my visa in UK for two years(June 2010 to June2012) under Tier 2 ICT long term(since work permit is closed) .Then I switched to tier 1 from Sep 2010.
I would like to know I am eligible for ILR in 2013 June.
Only point is I was in Tier 2 ICT after April 2010 and this rule is applicable for me.
