Hi All,

I just have a quick question. I currently hold ILR and my wife has completed the qualifying perioud (2-years) and is currently eligible for ILR as my partner. My question is do I have to accompany her on her ILR premium service appointment? I have a meeting which i am really struggling to reschedule and was wondering if it is a requirement for the partner to be present?

If you are not a 'named' applicant either as main or as dependant, then you do not need to attend.
