Hi, I need your opinion about the eligibility for UK settlement.

My stay in UK is as below (in days)

I was out of the UK for more than 177 days after my first year stay and 87 & 80 days in the following years. During this period I was on Tier 2 Visa.
I'm planning to get a letter from employer stating the reason for being absent in UK is due to business reasons. Currently I'm on Tier 1 visa due to expire May 2013

Kindly suggest me if I'll be eligible for PR now

Days out - itemized with reason, and if salary paid in UK during that absence.

Initial visa stamp date : 20th Feb 2007 (WP Tier 2)

First entry date : 25/02/2007 (Tier 2) expired on 19/12/2009.

Delayed renewals: Got new Tier 2 visa on 5/5/2010 (due to a fault of Home office. Got a Home office letter as proof)

Visa upgraded to Tier 1 in April 2011

Current visa expiry date: 13/05/2013
