Case ID error while booking SET(O) Online Appointment

Hi
i am trying to book my ILR appointment online from last 4 days but still no success. Yesterday i got slots available but after completing Booking form it gives me error that Case ID does not found. Please can anybody advise me what is Case ID for Set (O) and how can i get it.
