Work permit and Salary evidence

I am planning to apply for ‘Indefinite leave to remain’ via a private appointment in Liverpool on 10th January 2013 (Although I live in London). Can someone comment on following for me –

- I was on a work permit from Nov 2007 – June 2009. I was on a Tier 1 from July 2009 - July 2012. I am now again on Tier-1 from July 2012 - July 2014. I believe I am eligible to apply for ILR under Tier-1 category?

- For the salary evidence, I understand that we need to produce two independent sources. I am producing the bank statements and the P60/Employment history letter from HMRC. Do we have to present the both for last 5 years or just last 1 year?

Thanks in advance.

Sam_84,

My case was identical to yours. they can't match your bank statements with your P60 for each monthly salary paid. Better present bank statements and salary slips which can be matched for every month claimed. Last 12 months will be enough but make sure you carry all 5 years P60, and p45 for the years worked on work permit (they want to ensure you were paid the required salary). Good luck

Yes, you apply under your current immigration status.

To score PBS points for previous earnings you will need evidence from two independent sources. Reading the SET(O) form and guidance will help. Also see the following FAQ sticky: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378
