Hi Forum,

I have a really short query on questions A5 and A6 in section 9 of the set(O) form.

Are we supposed to provide a monthly list of gross pay in A5 for the 12 months we are claiming points for? Os should we just enter the aggregate gross for the 12 months, once in the A5, and then in A6 below?
