Hi,

I am principal applicant and employed. My wife ( tier 1 dependent) is self employed and she has some corp tax pending for the previous year Nov 2011. But she has already filed the tax return on time in Sep 2012. I am going for same day appointment on 18th dec for ILR. I would like to know if the pending corp tax will affect our application?

Do you both work under the same ltd company? Who is the director of your ltd company?

Assuming your wife has a separate ltd company, then it will not affect your application, as only cohab and Life In The UK docs are checked for the Tier1 dependant.
