Hi every body Please can you help me calculating that which date is 28 days before my visa expiry date?
My details are as ,
HSMP Visa issued on 10-03-2008 from outside UK
Entered UK...............24-04-2008
Then I got tier 1 extension and now tier 1 visa will expire on 26-03-2013
I will complete continuous 5 years period on 23-04-2013 starting from my entry date i.e 24-04-2008

Please let me know which date is 28 days before I complete the five years in UK starting from 24-04-2008(which is my UK entry date)?
I mean which date can I apply for ILR via PEO service.(Keeping in mind 28 days before 5th anniversary date rule)
Is it 25TH MARCH OR 26TH MARCH OR 27TH MARCH 2013 PLEASE?
If it is 27th March 2013, then there is trouble for me because my Tier1 visa is expiring on 26th March 2013 and I don't want to apply via post.

Those earlier days will not be counted in your application.

You will be eligible to apply 28 days before the 5th anniversary from EC as you entered the UK within 90days of EC. I.e 10 Mar 2013 - 28days

Thank you very much dear "cs95tdg" for reading and replying to my post.
can you send me the link having that information describing the rule that we can calculate the 5 years time period from the Visa stamp date if some one entered within the 90 days of visa grant date please.

all I have read in this link

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... ettlement/

is that some one MUST spend 5 years time period in the UK before the ILR application time.
thanks in advance for the help.
