Redundancy and ILR

Dear folks,
Could someone confirm that any gaps in employment (due to redundancy in my case) within 5 years' time do not affect Tier1(G)-to-ILR applicants according to new rules?
As I understand, 60 days rule in 245AAA affects Tier2/WP applicants only.
Thank you,
AM

Please read through the Set O form (version 12/2012) and work your way through it. That would save you a lot of grief.

If you stayed in the UK during the gap, that should definitely have no effect.
If you were out, just for a few days, I am not so sure any more.

as far as I know, lets assume if you werent employed for couple of years but you score enough points in last 12 months (even months salary is enough to get you points) then I cannot see any issue.

I think I may have found answer. Quoting:
"An applicant does not have to be in continuous or full-time employment during the 12 months being assessed."
from Annex A at

Thanks for replies, appreciated.
