Please can you advise, my wife & I hold ILR (indefinite leave to remain in UK) visa. And we had a child born in India, can the child also apply for ILR visa?

If not, kindly suggest what type of visa can the child apply for?

If the child is already in the UK with temporary permission to stay, they can apply to settle here permanently using the SET(F) application form.

You should use VAF4A Form. Look for the guidance in the provided form.
