ILR Documents final check

Hi,

I am going to apply my ILR in few days time under SET (O). I would like to check with you if I am missing anything like point calculator sheet etc. (could not find the link where to calculate the points. I am working with the same employer and staying in the same house. Thanks in advance for your inputs. Please note I am less than 180 days outside UK in the last five years. Not sure if I missed anything, thanks for your help.
