Dependents allowed

Hi,

I have finally managed to book ILR premium service appointment after significant effort based on the guidance provided in the forum (many thanks for that).

I am applying for settlement for myself and one dependent (my wife) and planning to register my four month old son as British citizen after getting ILR. Therefore, I have only booked appointment for one dependent along with me.

Please let me know if I am still allowed to take my son along even though I am not applying for his settlement. I would hope that he is allowed specially given his age but just want to double check.

Regards,

Ankur

Yes the baby can accompany you, by all means and no one will stop the baby or question you about the dependent(s) booking.

I had a similar query - I was granted ILR in July this year and am now applying for ILR for my wife (she is currently on Tier 1 PBS Dependant). Therefore the appointment is just booked for her - will I be able to accompany her for the appointment, as she is a dependant ? Or do I need to book a separate appointment for myself?

Thanks in advance.
