Can I go for ILR 28 days before my current leave expires i.e. 18-02-2013???

I entered in UK on 22-03-2008, though got entry clearance on 18-02-2008 i.e. nearly a month before. My 5 years time completes on 22-03-2012 but my LLR visa expires on 18-02-2013!

Can I go for ILR 28 days before my current leave expires i.e. 18-02-2013???
