Hello,

I have recently obtained my ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) in the UK.

Now, I need to obtain ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) for my 18-month old daughter who lives with me in the UK. Can someone please let me know:

1) Which form should I use for my daughter's ILR application ?

2) What are the necessary documents that I need to submit along with the application ?

Can I please solicit an early reply.

Many thanks in advance.

Corrected: SET F form. Documents listed on Page 17/18 of the form.

Basically, your daughter's passport, BRP card if she has one, your bank statements (12 months I would go with), your own ILR BRP card/approval letter. Also birth certificate to show her relationship to you.

Why was your daughter not included in your application as dependent?

I am of the impression that it is the form Set (F )to be used, and not Set (O). Please comment on this.

My daughter's application was included as part of my ILR application, however, due to some issues, that could not be processed at the same time as mine. Therefore, I am applying for her now as an independent application.

Solicit your help.
