Hi,

Could some one help please.

Main Applicant myself Visa Valid 25/01/2008 - 25/01/2013(HSMP 2yrs + Tier1 3yrs)
Dependent (Wife) Arrived as dependent on 14/09/2008.
We both extended our VISA (to tier1 & tier1 dependent) together in jan 2010.
She went for her maternity to India on 27/08/2010 & returned back on 17/03/2011 with the kid & has been staying till now. We are going for ilr next week.
For Cohab docs i have the following
1. Council tax letters
a. Apr-2009 till Mar 2010
b. Apr-2010 till Mar 2011
c. Apr-2011 till Mar 2012
d. Apr-2012 till Mar 2013
2. Bank Statements of my Wife from Aug 2009 till date
3. UKBA letter for both confirming our tier1 extension

In Sep 2010 when my wife went to India for maternity i changed to a Room(as a shared accomodation on my previous landlords house which is next door) from 1 bed house we were previously staying. I didnt change my address docs(like bank statements)since it was next door & i used to pick all the letters from next door.In the same period i had cancelled my council tax as well from sep 2010 for which we received a revised letter from council charging us only for Apr2010- Aug 2010

My doubt is should i submit the revised council tax bill or just submit the first one so it will be continuos 4 yrs?
Or
Should i submit both council tax letters?

Please help

As long as both names are on the council tax bill, address is not an issue.

If you wish can also include TV License, Counter Part Driving License(if you have one), GP's Letter confirming you both live at same address.
Rental Agreement.

Bank statements wont help much. Case workers are not interested in bank statements. However since you have council tax letters you should be fine. Can not imagine why you would say you moved to a single house etc as that would clearly show you have not stayed together for last 2 years !!
