Appeal for ILR Refusal and extension of Tier 1 - possible?

Hi,
Having seen the vulnerability in the outcome of my appeal against ILR refusal decision, I am thinking if it is also possible to apply for Tier 1 extension simultaneously (coz I have not extended tier 1 yet). It sounds a bit treaky, and sometimes may not be possible to apply for both??. Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

@Koshis,
You can apply T1G Ext, with in 28 days of refusal of your ILR, If you have not exercise your appeal right for ILR.
You can apply both simultaneously, though will cost you a great deal of money.

Thank you.
I do not have my passport with me, still HO retaining that one. So if i send the application without passport, do they accept my application?
I am in dilemma whether to go for TG1 extension or appeal; or go for both simultaneously. I would go for both in this unsecured situation, but cost a lot and probably beyond my capacity. Any suggestions pls.?
Thanks.

As your passports are already with the HO you can apply extension with covering letter, requesting them to be retrieved from the relevent department.
Please seek expert legal advise between choosing T1G or ILR appeal or both.

Hi Koshis, on what grounds was ILR rejected, and wouldn't the T1G extension face the same issue?
