Hello Senior Members,

I am aware that the old form can be used for 28 days from Dec, 13th onwards...Does that mean 28 working days or 28 calendar days?

The reason I am asking is because I have the PEO appointment for ILR on Jan, 14th. I would like to know if I can use the old SET(O) form i.e. ver 7/2012 instead of the new one?

Any inputs...?

You can use the old form up to and including Jan 3rd.
