Hi All,

Happy New Year to all members here

My husband's ILR is due in a couple of weeks and I just wanted some advice from you all on what you think of the documents we are submitting.

Marriage: February 2010
Spouse Visa Applied: 17th March 2010
Spouse Visa Refused: 12th June 2010
Appeal Hearing: 6th January 2011
Appeal Won Letter: 17th January 2011
Spouse Visa Issued: February 2011
Hubby arrived: February 18th 2011

Documents we are submitting are:

- Marriage Certificate
- 12 Months Payslips for hubby (both jobs)
- 12 Months Payslips for me
- P60's April 2012 for both of us
- 12 Months Bank Statements in Joint and Seperate
- Life in UK Test Certificate
- My British Passport
- Hubby Indian Passport
- Land Registry Document - Proof we own our house
- Annual Mortgage Statement ONLY if we get it this month before appoinment - Will be 1 year in February
- Water Bill, Electricity & Gas Bill, Tv License, Council Tax Bill, Car Insurance Documents over 2 years

Will this be sufficient?
