Hi,
I have recieved the confirmation for my ILR (premium service) on 24/12/12 but am awaiting the reciept of the BRP card.

How many days does it take to recieve the card as I need to travel to India on 05/01/13?

Can I travel without my BRP card?

Please help.

There are procedures to get you back into the country if you arrive with BRP, however, most Stupid won't allow you to return to the UK without it as they would have to pay a fine.

Generally 7 to 10 days
