Hi I have been living in the uk for last 8 years in student visa. Currently studying ACCA and have completed 11 papers out of 14. As of now students can't extend the visa in tier 4 category after 8 years.but still three papers to go it will take at least 8 months for me to complete these papers. I live in the uk with my wife and 2 kids 4 years and 2 born here. I wish to stay in the uk as I had kids here and emotional attachments tied now. We both are foreign nationals , so would like to know from experts how would I be able to stay in the uk for 2 more years so that I can apply ILR on the basis of 10 years of residency. Need help! Thank u

you will have to look out for company who will do your Tier 2 ....

ok but im still to finish my acca .that means i havent been qualified from this country and cant apply in tier 2. any other options??
