Hello friends

I am working on tier 2 general category and will be applying for ILR. My question is, am I allowed to work as a locum outside my sponsor? Does that affect my ILR application, even if I do only 20 hrs / week extra which is allowed on Tier 2 visa?

1.if you meet the SOC code salary requirement from your T2 primary employment, then you have met the salary requirement.

2. If you are in possession of any official document that shows you are allowed to take on a secondary employment, and that second job does not breach the terms of your T2, then no problem. You cannot however use the earnings from this second job to meet the earnings/salary requirement.
