I have been a silent follower of this forum from a very long time now. I have a question on conviction:-

Been charged with IN10, driving without insurance in March 2010 fine through court - £240. According to new rules could that be an issue, due to apply end of this month?

I think you will be fine. Because your charge happened two years ago.
