Hello Guys,
My husband applied under long residency visa on 4th Dec. I am applying on 18th jan using FLR M. Can i vary my application from FLR M to SET M assuming that my application has not been decided. Moreover in FLR M form section 3.15 when did your sponsor obtain settlement. What shall I fill in this as My husband is still waiting on his application.

I believe you can vary your application only if your husband's ILR is issued, until then there has been no change of circumstances to give you grounds to vary your application.
