Hi All,

Am I eligible for ILR or not? My case is simple but still need clarification.

Date of VISA stamped in India - 14-05-2008
Date of Arrival in UK - 28-06-2008
Current Visa expiring on - 03-05-2014

for the above date, when can apply by latest date?

You haven't mentioned what immigration category(s) your residence is made up of. Are you currently on a economic migrant visa?

Additionally, when you say "when can apply by latest date?" Do you mean what the earliest ILR eligiblity date is?

I am with tier 2 general

Yes Need to know the correct date i am eligible

your eligible 28days before 14-05-2013 assuming every other criteria is met.
