I have my PEO shortly.

I am showing only 11 payslips as I have not received the latest statement from my business bank.
In this case, how should I fill the below section please (as they ask me to tick if I am claiming for 12 months). Should I tick and then give 11 months dates in A4?

You are claiming points for a single, consecutive 12 month period from the 15
months immediately before the date of the application – please go to question A4

Yes, that will be fine. So long as you qualify with the necessary points you do not need to show earnings for all 12 months.
