Hi,

I am going apply for ILR in two weeks time and my overall absences in the last 5 years for

UK Paid annual leave = 130 days
Business travel from UK = 90 days.

Out of 90 days of Business travel, i went for 52 days to Dublin, Ireland from UK, while i come back to UK at London heathrow airport, didnt have immigration counter for whoever come from Dublin, so didnt get the arrival entry on my passport for that trip back to UK.

since there is no stamping for that business trip in my passport, how many days shall put in the SET(o) form for this trip as my absence. The reason i am asking my total absence in 5 years it is more than 180 ie 209 days.

Anyone aware the Dublin business trip is also counted for absence period though the arrived entry wasnt there on the passport ?

Please advise.

Dublin is in Ireland, so absence from the UK.
Include all absences - best of your knowledge - irrespective of any stamp in your passport or not.
Also the current absence threshold is 180 days per year i.e. upto 900 days in the 5 year period.

Agreed - you need to include all absences, whether or not they are included in your passport.
