Calculating Continuous leave for last 5 years

Hi ,

I have applied for Tier 1 (General) in 2008 & got my initial Tier 1 in May 2008.Following are my dates

Initial Application Tier 1(General)
granted on
Dated 21 May 2008 till 21 may 2011 (3 years)

I entered UK for the first time on 15 June 2008.

I extended my Tier 1 for next 2 years & now the visa is valid until 21 May 2013.

1) My question is since from the grant of my initial Tier 1 date ie. (21 may 2008), I entered after 25 days in UK ie on 15 June 2008 , So when is the earliest date I can apply for my ILR this year?

2) Does entering 25 days late initially in UK affects me in any ways in calculating the
continuous leave for last 5 years please ?

Regards
TVS

You can apply 28 days before 21st May 2013

And 25days doesn't affect anything

You can apply for ILR from 28 days before the resident permit in your passport expires. But you must apply before the resident permit expires.

You can state on your Set O form the actual date of travel to UK and that you have completed 4 years 11 (or 10 ) months living in the uk.

Good luck.
