To fill Section D2 or No for SET(O) application?

Hi

I came to UK on HSMP+Tier 1 visa and I eligible to apply for ILR next month. I have total 397 abscences( 277 business + 120 personal). I was paid in UK for all the periods and I have letter from employer, payslips, P60's bank statements too.
I was never away for more than 180 days in any 12 months period or one year calendar period from the date of preceding application or more than 90 days abscence in single stretch for past 5 years. So I believe I am not breaking any continuous period clause.
However while filling form do I need to fill Section D2 or not? Some of the ppl who posted in this forum said there is no need to fill Section D2 in the SET(O) as its irrelevant now as per new rules of Dec13th and they got a response from UKBA on that as well.

I have appointment with PEO Cryodon next month. Just making sure if Cryodon guys know about this issue as the response from UKBA came from PEO Liverpool.
Should I fill or not?

Kindly advise

Haris

My personal opinion is that you would answer this question until such a date the corrected form is released. It should not be held against you so long as you meet the current absence threshold according to the latest immigration rules. Take a copy of the relevant rules with you, if you are nervous or feel that it may become a problem. Being prepared is the key here, IMHO.
