Hi All,

I need help regarding the ILR application.

I had a bailiff came for PCN not being paid because of address change.

I then paid to bailiff and I have letter from Bailiff that I have paid fully.

Now I have recently applied for CRB (Disclosure Scotland) Report and got that report clear with no convictions (neither criminal nor civil)

Could someone help me in finding if this is going to be a problem in getting successful application for ILR

It should not be a problem i suspect. Baliff fine, traffic or parking ticket or on spot fine dont have to be disclosed.

As I understand that I don't need to mention in my form (SET O) about all this?

so the Criminal and Civil sections of the form should have no details about this
