can spouse of ten years long residence applicant's be supported for maitenance and accomodation by third party who is outside of the uk? Thanks in advance.

Do you have ILR already?
Where is your spouse?

Third party support is no longer acceptable. You as the sponsor need to meeting the salary requirements or have sufficient savings for a minimum of 6 months if you want to apply for a spouse visa VAF4.
