Hi,

As the subject says, I am preparing my days out of UK list on an excel template. Quick question is:
I have been from UK during say 14/1/2010 - 14/2/2010 . However, during this off I went to India, then went to dubai for few days, then back to india and back to UK.
Do I need to put in 14/1 - 15 /1 as visit outside UK or whole detail which countries even the breakups of tour to india, then to dubai n then to india again?

Thanks in advance.

I believe what they want to know is when you left the UK... they are other threads on this forum on same topic.. please look around

are you sure about threads? I did a quick search and couldn't come up with. I am sure there might be something same/similar on this forum already.

What was your search term?

Hi crusador0408,

I got my ILR very recently, I have an absence like you, In one month time i had been to Dubai(for 3days) then been to India for my holiday.

I just mentioned as - Holiday to Dubai then been to India for family catch up

As long as you clear with date of UK OUT and IN, everything should be fine,.

They have just asked what dates you left and entered UK. Just the dates and number of days will do.

They're just asking about your absence from the UK. They don't care if you've been to multiple countries in that visit.

sage and gagan, thanks!

main panga is if I include days in/out IN, then count is more than 180 otherwise 163! so not sure whether I qualify or not that way.

180 days every year is allowed as per the new rules hence you are totally fine.

I don't think that is correct. Check other threads for confirmation.
