Dear forum members,
I had premium service ILR apoinent on 18th Jan 2013.
My case was deferred and ask to submit additional documents.
I javelin posted those docements to Peo croydon and they received them on 24-Jan-2013 (according to royal mail tracking system).
My tier 1 general visa is expiring on 14-Feb-2013.

1. What if the processing time takes beyond 14-Feb-2013?
Can I still stay in UK until I heard the decision ?
Can I still continue working as contractor ?

2. Is there a way I can check the status of my application?
3.As paid for premium service will the decision happens fast?
4. Worst scenario, if I have to appeal, can I appeal staying on UK after 14-Feb-2013 ?

Any suggestions on this will be a great help

You can stay legally while your application is being processed and are allowed to work.

What is the reason that they asked you to submit further docs? What further docs have they asked, because the time period will depend on the depth of the enquiry

They asked me these documents:
1. Invoices.
2. Invoice summary from accredeted accountant.
3. Personnel bankstatments to where dividends were credited

Thanks to my reprsentative for this mess as he overlooked these things when i asked him to review my documents.
Luckily he didnt reprsent me as i took the appointment. Saved me from probable further damage !!!

Now i have sent those documents, I am sure, the results will be positive.
But, still i worried as there are cases waiting for months !!
