ILR Set(o) dependant appointment

Dear Friends
Please Help.
I'm looking for a premium service appointment for my ILR application.
Problem is I can see there are several appointments available if you do not select any dependents (i.e. 0),
But the moment I select (3) dependants I can't see any appointments.
Now my question is if I make an appointment with (0) dependants / Or make 4-individual appointments for each one of my dependants, can I still make a single application, when I appear in the Public Enquiry Office (PEO).
Or is there a direct relation between appointment booked and application made.
Your experiences and help and any assitance will be highly appreciated.
regards

Hi, thanks for response.
But I've been trying all PEO's and having sleepless nights for last 2-weeks, but there're definitely not a single appointment available for Main applicant + dependants. But fo individuals (0) dependants there are several available.

That's right, and this issue must be raised to the UKBA, I called them and you have to give them a call as well and anyone who is facing this problem so hopefully they will take an action to increase number of appointments for dependants.

I've called their number. But the response was very typical.
I've already wrote them via whattheyknow.com, but so far there is no response.
Actually I've been able to secure 4 different appointments in same PEO within a span of 10-minutes for each one of us.
So I and my dependants can get an entry in PEO, but question remains will they entertain my single application for four(4) of us.
OR the appointments are directly linked to application and they'll not allow us to make a single application for all of us?

I've called the border agency and asked about this option (with 2 dependants) however, I haven't got a clear response as they advised to make one appointment for all applicants !!

Hello,
I am also trying to look for SET(O) appointment for 1 Main (myself) + 2 dependants, but it is not available in any of the 7 locations. But, if i try with '0' dependants there are plenty in Glasgow and Cardiff.

> Can i book 3 different appointment and can it be considered as one?
Please help

If I correctly understand there is a direct link in appointment and application. Hence you can't book 3 different appointment to be considered for one application.
Anyway this thread is for simmilar problem, and I'm hoping someone from UKBA or an experienced person of this form can reply a concrete answer.
all the best with your search..

1. Are any of the dependents children born in UK?
2. If the answer to 1. Is YES, why do you see the need for them to be included in ILR application as dependent?
apointment

Two words - (i) perseverance, (ii) perseverance.
In your situation, my strategy would be to secure appointment (1prim+3dep) anywhere in the country for any date within right timeframe.
Then you can always reschedule it, without risk of losing your secured appointment if reschedule is not successful.
Good Luck.
