ILR, WHICH FORM TO USE. SET(O) or SET(M)

I had my ILR in Aug 212. My wife has tier-1 general dependant visa and has bee in the UK for 4 year now (1 year work permit dependant, 3 years tier -1 dependant). We did not apply together for ILR in Aug because she had not done her life in uk test then. The test is done with now and needs to to apply for ILR but not sure which form to use. SET-0 or SET-M. Any advise will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

As per my knowledge it will have to be set (m)

I say this because she will be applying as a spouse of a settled person.

incorrect again. Please stop answering posts with guesses. If she doesn't have limited leave as the spouse of a settled person she cannot apply for ilr on set(m). She needs to apply on set(o) relying on para 319 e
