Hi All,

Is it a must to submit P60s of all 5 years for ILR? My case is a bit complicated

My case is given in this post

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... c&start=20

I don't have P60 for 2008-2009 as I was in India during the end of the financial year. I had submitted my P45 before I left. Is that a problem?

Cheers

Please read Solihull sucess stories for the last month,in this forum. All have said that they were not asked for P60s. Why complicate matters? Give the P60s if you were asked for.

This is only at Solihull PEO. You can call HMRC and ask for your Employment History for 5 years,I think.

God Knows why people fabricate things, I have never come across this P.60 Fiasco.
2 of my cousins and 1 friend applied in Oct and Jan and they were not ask for any such thing as well.
