Hi All,

I need some one expert advise on my case. I and my wife currently on Tier1 General visa until Feb 2015. We are elgible for ILR by end of Feb'13.My son is 11 months and born in UK.
My query is if I only apply for ILR, then
1) Can I apply for my son british citizenship on the basis of single parent having permanent resident ?
2) Will my wife Tier1 general dependent visa valid until it granted, in my cased until Feb'15.

Ideally my preference is to go for ILR together i.e. for me and my wife however I am considering the worst case scenarion.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards
