form selction urgent kind help require

PLz help for following
can i post SET O and Tier 1 dependent form together on same UKBA address or shall i send on different one?
and is Tier 1 PBS form is correct for my wife?
I am on Tier 1 General nearly completed 5 years,,wife came in this country Jun12
our both visa expiring same date.
Kindly reply me any one

Looking at both forms (SET O and PBS Dep), both have same physical address for courier delivery, only department identifier is different.
Sorry, still cannot answer your question. Maybe worth emailing UKBA.

Thanks a lot for this,,,but i could not find UKBA email and phone is hard to reach as i tried 3 times
atleast,,,plz tell me,,is this PBS form is right one for my wife
and any experience,,if some one send application to wrong department what will normally happen

Guru bauiya ,,
postal is cheap as i have 3children so altogether fee difference is 1600
any how
is that Tier 1 PBS form is the one which i need to apply
