could anyone help me what type of documents needed for FLR(M)? where it is written cohabitation documents for last 2 years need? Please post the link.

12C of Form FLR(M):
6 items of correspondence addressed to you and your partner at the same address as evidence that you have
been living together during the past 2 years.
See note 9 on the form.

Is this a new flr(m) application and are you married/civil partnership?
