Hi,

I am filling the form and very much confused with section 9-A7 to which category do i belong to.

I got my first HSMP in November2007- Entered UK in 2nd March 2008.
First Tier1 General in AUG 2009.
Second Tier1General in May 2012.

According to the new rules :

Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had leave as a Writer, Composer or Artist, self-employed lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (general) Migrant under the rules in place before 6 April 2010

Applications for indefinite leave to remain where previous leave as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant was granted under the rules in place on or after 6 April 2010

Can any one please let me know which one do i fall in to?

I have some more questions:

*On page11, 5.3 (what is your pay each month....)--i will get overtime and will vary every month so should i include just my salary (without overtime)?

*PAGE15-7.1- my partner has Fixed penalty notice issued by police and has 3 points from 2010 october. so should i add it in the application?

Should i tick No for 7.1 and still record the offence in the application?
